Your (« you », »your », »Subscriber ») access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. Third party platforms used beyond the Service have Terms and Conditions of their own that you must review and agree upon separately. You recognize that the Service exists solely as a conduit between Performers and Subscribers to provide and restrict access to their private media and information which represent the Performer. The Service is an entertainment service. You should be cautious whenever communicating with persons unknown to you, including our Performers. The Service is absolutely not to be used for arranging physical meetings of any sort what so ever. All Performers, surfers, and Subscribers functioning outside of our Terms are responsible for their own actions. Both Performers and Subscribers alike are subject to a permanent ban if found in violation of our terms.By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms defined on this page then you do not have permission to access the Service.

APPROVAL OF ADULT CONTENT
The Service provides access to some performers who produce age-restricted materials. If Subscriber is under the age of 18 years, or under the age of majority in the location from where accessing the Service then the Subscriber does not have authorization or permission to enter or access any of its materials. If the Subscriber is over the age of 18 years and over the age of majority in the location from where accessing this site by entering the website Subscriber hereby agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and is granted use of the Service at our discretion.

SERVICES
Videos are available on demand.
The process is simple: you purchase a video on our platform, and it’s available for viewing without time limits.
You can’t download it; you can only watch it on our secure platform.
We are an on-demand video streaming site that does not offer live streaming.

CANCELLATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you must notify the Billing Support of reelsplans 48 hours before your billing cycle ends. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

CANCELLATION AND FEATURE DISABLING
You can cancel your account with us in your personal space.
In this case, you will no longer have access to the videos you purchased, and no refunds will be issued.

COMPLAINT POLICY
If you have a complaint about reelsplans.fr, please use our support form or send your complaint to support@reelsplans.fr. Include your name, address, contact details, a description of your complaint and, if your complaint relates to Content, the URL for the Content to which your complaint relates.
How we will deal with your complaint:
We will take such steps as we consider to be appropriate to investigate your complaint within a timescale which is appropriate to the nature of your complaint
If we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know
we will in good faith take such actions as we consider appropriate to deal with the issue which your complaint has raised.
We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of your complaint.
Unjustified or abusive complaints: If you are a User of reelsplans.fr, you warrant (which means you make a legally enforceable promise) that you will not make any complaint under this Complaints Policy which is wholly unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If we determine that you have breached this warranty, we may suspend or terminate your User account.
ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
